Admittance conditions and criteria

Article 11.

On the Exchange, 5 lists shall be formed: list “A”, list “B” and list “C” for listed securities, a separate list for a free trading and list for preference shares.

The special Listing Rules shall prescribe conditions and criteria for the admittance of securities to certain lists on the Exchange.

The Listing Commission shall decide on the admittance of securities for trading.
